We have a new look! We have a new logo designed by Andrea Rouleau; new photos taken by Judy Lee Photography; and a new website built by Josh deLacy, David Innes, and Robin Roskind. We put quite a few months of work into this overhaul, and we’re thrilled with how it turned out! Feel free to poke around the website and explore. Here are the highlights:
Testimonials: We gathered everything our recent clients said about us and put it all in one place. Are we missing your story? Send us an email! Referrals and client testimonies are what keep our business going.
Resources: We break down the buying process, recommend mortgage brokers, and provide a glossary of all those confusing real estate terms. We make real estate simple.
Q&A: We answer the most common real estate questions, like: “I’m a first-time homebuyer. Where do I start?,” “How do I know if a listing has a fair price?,” and “Should we consider a short sale?” The list goes on and on. We’ll continue to update this section as more questions come in—so if something about real estate doesn’t make sense to you, let us know! We’ll be happy to clear things up.
Neighborhoods: We dive into Seattle’s neighborhoods and tell you all about them: what they’re like, who lives there, whether or not you’d fit in. We provide information about each neighborhood’s quirks, its best restaurants and coffeeshops, and everything else useful to someone considering a relocation.
Giving Back: We believe that everyone has a responsibility to give back and do their part to improve this world. On this part of the website, you’ll find our giving reports, along with information about Agents of Change, the philanthropic real estate guild supporting the homeless women, children, and families of Mary’s Place.
Blog: We still have our blog, of course. We’ll continue to explore Seattle’s best-kept secrets, explain the state of the market, and let you know about our lives. We post twice a week, so check back often!
This new website is incredible. It’s an entire real estate resource, where you’ll find answers to all your housing questions and Seattle curiosities—not to mention all sorts of information about us! We’re always happy to share our expertise, and with this website, it’s easier than ever.
Amid all these changes, though, the heart of the Real Estate Gals remains the same. We’re still the same team, and we’re still in love with Seattle, and we still think the world of our clients. Here’s what will never change about us:
Full-service real estate team
When you partner with the Real Estate Gals, you don’t just get one agent—you get an entire team working on your behalf.
20+ years in Seattle
We know this city inside and out, from Fauntleroy to Maple Leaf to Sunset Hills. We use that local expertise to not only help buyers find an incredible house, but an incredible neighborhood, too.
Relationship-focused
We don’t want to just buy or sell another house—we want to find homes. Building relationships is the best part of this job, and the friendships we form with our clients last long after we sign the closing paperwork.
Dedicated to our community
We give back to our community whenever we can. A portion of every closed transaction goes into the Gals’ Giving Fund, and we also support Mary’s Place as Agents of Change, bridging the gap between homelessness and a place to call home.
With this new look, the Real Estate Gals enter a new chapter. We have a stunning logo, beautiful pictures, and a sleek website—and best of all, we have incredible clients. We can’t wait to continue building this wonderful Seattle community, one client at a time.
