Beacon Hill

The Beacon Hill neighborhood has some of the most established properties in the area.  Located just southeast of downtown Seattle, Beacon Hill has been a cultural melting pot for years.

Living in Beacon Hill means choosing from a variety of single family bungalows and craftsman-style residences. Many of these have been restored or are currently being renovated.  For home buyers, there is a vibrant range of opportunities: brand new construction to fixer-uppers.

Local businesses have a long-standing tradition within the community, and in the late ’90s, Amazon.com moved its corporate headquarters here for a short period (It’s the gold brick structure sitting high on the hill).

The dining and entertainment flavor here is distinctly international, Asian being the dominant one (the International district right next door). Some of Seattle’s oldest eateries are in Beacon Hill. This is a place where family restaurants have been passed down through the generations.
