That’s why we formed The Real Estate Gals, back in 1990. We knew that if we wanted to give our clients the care and expertise they deserved, we had to work together, and as any of our buyers and sellers will tell you—it’s worked.
Each of us—Johnine, Darcie, Mallory, Scott, and Gaile—knows their stuff, and it’s not the same stuff, either, and our diversity lets us accomplish far more than even the best solo agent ever could. Johnine and Gaile have 25 years of experience apiece in this market. Darcie has a background in interior design that lets her stage a house like no one else. So on and so on, and together, we really do know it all.
When you partner with the Real Estate Gals, one of us will take the lead in working with you. But working behind the scenes—and sometimes right alongside us—you’ll have the entire Real Estate Gals team. You’ll have an entire team of experts working on your behalf. If you’re a buyer, that means we contact sellers, set up appointments, and handle inspections. If you’re a seller, it means we handle interior cleaning, pay for staging, bring in a professional photographer, and do everything we can to sell your house for the best possible price.
Our expertise is geographic, too. Seattle’s a big city, and it’s getting bigger. Sure, you might know all about Beacon Hill and a decent amount about the rest of South Seattle, but no one can stay up-to-date on all this city’s listings and open houses. No one can be a neighborhood expert for all these communities. Unless you’re part of a team.
We have Darcie in Northeast Seattle, Mallory in Northwest Seattle. Scott knows the south part of this city, and Johnine and Gaile are West Seattle experts.
