It costs WHAT!? Our close comparison of listing prices

It’s difficult to judge a listing’s price without context. Here’s some data that puts things in perspective. We compared listing data in four counties—King, Pierce, Kitsap, and Snohomish—and broke it up by town/region. We also looked at the data from a historical perspective and compared 2020, 2019, and 2018 numbers.
