We work by the motto of “We do more.” When someone faces a difficult life transition, or when a home needs some extra TLC to get it ready for the market, we step in and do the heavy lifting. We take pride in making everything smooth and easy for our clients.
This new project, though—it’s something else.
This 3-bed, 2-bath home is currently worth about $375,000. It needs more than “a few updates,” and it’s hard to call it a home with “great potential.”
It sinks so far below the average price in King County that very few buyers would be willing to place an offer—to plunge deep into endless home improvement projects. To get this property truly market-ready, to make it possible for this house sell for its full, inherent value, we estimate it will take almost $200,000 of work. It’s our next project.

The house is cluttered like this throughout. But when it comes to clutter, we’ve cleaned up far worse! This isn’t bad, in the scheme of things.

The structure, on the other hand, is downright frightening. When this exterior wall started to bow, a previous owner attempted to plug the gap with expanding foam, which only accelerated the problem.

All the siding will need to be replaced.

We’ve got landscaping work in our future!
We’ll post updates over the coming months so you can see the transformation. It’ll involve well… pretty much everything. But we specialize in helping people through seemingly impossible situations. We’re there every step of the way, sharing our expertise, our excellent network of reliable contractors, and our own sweat and muscle. Because we do more.
