The GSBA and the Real Estate Gals are giving back. This November, more than 700 black-tie attendees will dine and bid at TASTE of the GSBA to once against support Seattle’s LGBT youth. The proceeds will go to the GSBA Scholarship Fund, now operating since 1996. This event usually raises upward of $450,000, and the Real Estate Gals are proud to participate once again.
We’ve supported the GSBA Scholarship Fund for 20 years, and we’re excited about this dinner.
The Greater Seattle Business Association (GSBA) is the largest business chamber of its kind in the United States, and the second largest business chamber in Washington State. More than a chamber, the GSBA is a vibrant community organization with a broad and diverse membership base.
To combine business development, leadership and social action to expand economic opportunities for the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender community and those who support equality for all.
TASTE of the GSBA:

Add to that entertainment featuring performers from The 5th Ave’s production of “A Chorus Line,” and it promises to be a night to remember.
The entire event benefits the GSBA Scholarship Fund.

GSBA Scholarship Fund:
Most importantly, the Taste of the GSBA raises money for scholarships. The GSBA Scholarship Fund awards educational scholarships to undergraduate LGBTQ and Allied students who exhibit leadership potential, demonstrate strong academic abilities, and who are actively involved in school and community organizations. Our scholars represent a diverse group of students who have dreams of making our community and the world a better place; each of them possesses the skills, talents and dedication to make those dreams a reality.
In the 23 years of the GSBA Scholarship Fund, it has awarded more than $1.8 million dollars to more than 300 students. This year, 2013, it supported 44 scholars with $230,000 in educational scholarships.
We’re proud to give back to our community, and the TASTE of the GSBA is a perfect way to do that. It will be a night of fine dining, fine wine, and fine auction items–and at the end, it will help dozens of students.
