Tonya Spivey

I started my real estate career down in San Diego where my family and I lived for nearly ten years. Seattle’s beautiful big green trees called us back. We love spending time in the woods or near water. Although San Diego beaches and palm trees still hold a big place in our hearts, the Pacific Northwest is home. Learning is my favorite hobby, but I also enjoy cooking, entertaining, and all things spiritual.

Transitioning to a new living situation can be stressful, but I neutralize that unnecessary stress through communication, listening, and education.
